Retro Camper Birdhouse

Our front porch offers small birds six nesting options. In Springs past the Black-capped Chickadees have made use of the birdhouses provided.  Carolina Wrens have also used the hanging planters to raise their chicks. This year, the Chickadees have returned and seem to be preparing the camper birdhouse for nesting activity.  I’m not sure who has renovated the entrance to the camper. My guess is a Downy Woodpecker who has been seen in the area. In any event, I am hopeful that the nesting will continue and I will see some Chickadee chicks!DSC_0510DSC_0506DSC_0507DSC_0508DSC_0509
