Big Red and the Kids

Posting screen shots of the Red-tailed Hawk nest in Ithaca, NY, on a weekly basis, rather than everyday as in the past.  The chicks are growing fast and always seem to be eating.  I guess both activities go hand in hand.  There are frequent sightings of three Great Blue Herons on Sapsucker Pond, also in Ithaca at the Cornell Lab of Ornithology; no nest activity yet as far as I can see.Heron on Sapsucker Pond hawkmay1414c hawkmay1414a Big Red and Chicks
